Allowing you to get the most out of your investment.
Furnishings Made Easy offer a full UK delivery and installation service. All our deliveries are carried out in our own liveried vehicles with 2 man delivery teams directly employed by us to ensure the highest level of service is guaranteed. We offer a free key collect and return service from a local letting agent, or your place of work, saving you the inconvenience of waiting around for deliveries. Our drivers will always call you 1 hour prior to delivery, and with any travel delays so you are able to plan your day.
Our team of installers all work to the highest standards ensuring every installation exceeds your expectations. From arrival on site all the items will be distributed into the relevant rooms of the property, and all waste packaging is removed to make the working space safe and efficient. All items which do not come pre-assembled will be accurately constructed and tested. Once the installation is complete the property will be cleaned with all waste packaging removed and recycled where possible, the rooms hoovered and surfaces polished. Our aim is for your tenants to be able to move in with the minimum amount of fuss for both them and yourself.

At Furnishings Made Easy we understand that time is not always on your side, and short time scales are unavoidable. To help you achieve your deadline we have a number of furniture packages which we have designed to be delivered and installed within 5 days from receiving your order confirmation.
Property Clearance Service
As well as our furnishing service we also offer a property clearance service. We have learnt from experience, that one of the biggest causes of delays in the refurbishment of Private Halls of Residence is the old furniture. As the removal of the old items is usually contracted to the furnishing company as part of their installation, it is often left to the latter stages of the project. Meaning that all the other contractors have to work around the items. This is not just awkward, it’s also very costly as the project is unable to run efficiently.
After completing a large number of Private Halls installations and coming across this issue on many of occasions, we ceased the opportunity to grow our business by offering a property clearance service.
Initially we would carry out a site survey to asses the level of work that is required. We then provide you with a costing and an expected work schedule to clearly show how and where the items to be removed will be disposed of.
We have had a great response to this service as it has enabled projects to get off to a great start, with all contractors being able to get straight onto their aspect of work quickly and efficiently.
